Stunning beauty brings the colors of the aqua colored sea inside the house in a cozy contemporary setting. Professional designed and decorated. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths spacious home includes guest house and separate laundry room, new private heated salt pool. Separate spa on private patio; 2 king bedrooms with an additional twin bed..Total 4 King beds, 2 twin beds, 1 with two added twin beds in trundle for children, etc. Sleeps 12. Home built with green building materials with amazing insulation! We added large heated spa on back patio with new privacy wall!!! Sports toys: 2 paddle boards, 2 2-seater kayaks and 2 1-seater kayaks with life vests and dolly, boogie boards (adult/children), snorkel equipment and sand buckets/pails, large heated salt pool, cornhole game. There are also folding beach chairs to take the short tiled walkway to the beach. Beach towels and bathrobes provided. Home includes complete laundry room with two washers and two dryers, full size appliances; large flatscreen tv in every major room; with Blue-ray players. Four master bedrooms, one with oversized tub, private showers and separate toilet rooms in each suite. These suites have a separate desk/vanity with another in the great room. Dramatic 25 ft tall detailed ceiling in one master bedroom and the great room. Eat at the dining table or at the huge island bar. Beautiful separate outdoor shower. Fully stocked kitchen with the best of amenities and all appliances ever needed! Enjoy all this on one level and every bedroom has total privacy with each location. Extra seating areas along with the entertainment seating in the great room. You are never crowded in the extra large great room. It's a great place to gather your family/friends groups. If you have seen the sandals commercial, you have seen our beach without all the people. Private gazebo, shared by the 5 completed individual custom homes next to the beach with table/chairs in a covered setting to watch the kids play in the water or enjoy your lunch as you watch the waves. Beautiful views as you lounge on our 30 ft deck at our villa or inside on the sofa's and ottomans. Complete outdoor furniture setting with sofa sectional, tables and chairs/umbrellas to accommodate you and your guests/family right on your own deck! R/O filtration system to provide filtered water at the sink with ultraviolet purification systems for both air and water. Large gas barbeque on the patio for your use. Wifi. Rare Satellite TV provided. Most rentals have only 6 local channels or cable tv which is about 20 channels. You have lots of free movie channels and programs to entertain you along with sports!! Beach towels and all linens provided. We have, at considerable expense, installed full satellite TV, which is rare on the island. You can hook right up to your netflix account or view the many free channels and movies provided on satellite. All TV's operate separately and bedroom tv's receive a few channels individually or you can play movies from the entertainment center, so go to your corners and watch your favorite programs without disturbing anyone! We also have a fabulous sound system to enhance your movie viewing or listening to the music channels throughout the house located in the great room. We have two portacribs, highchair, infant mat units for your little ones and have toys, games and movies for all ages. There is individual "climate control" in each room with remotes so you can control your comfort zones! Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and great room to further enhance the We also invested in a whole house generator as this island has power issues and a generator is a MUST to continue comfort in the house on this island. Always look for this item for the Bahamas. You wouldn't want to be without it. You will find an electric fireplace in the larger primary bedroom, providing a romantic touch in the evenings. It is used with or without heat. A great place to be able to leave your guests in the next room and enjoy a quiet nap while they watch their favorite movie from the sofa's or in their own room. The home is built with special energy efficient materials from Gigacrete in Las Vegas. (you can look them up online to get more information). This provides a quiet environment with a natural cooling capability.

Summary: What a amazing week in exuma. House had a ton of room for us and our 4 kids (adult and teens) location was super easy and close to airport. Selling point was a generator however it wasnt working half the week due to battery but understand 100%. Totally get it things break and it is hard to repair quickly. Any issues we had they were ALL over it and SUPER fast. We didnt have many. It was an amazing week. Beach is amazing!! On windy days we had pool day which handled 4 adults and 2 teens. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Property manager was literally amazing!!! She always answered and helped me w other things not just the rental. I would 100% rent this property again!!!!

Summary: Aqua Dreams was an awesome place to stay. Pool and hot tub were incredible. Literally 100 steps to the most beautiful beach. 5 minutes from the airport. Centrally located so we could easily drive to both ends of the island. Walking distance to Tim’s on the Bay was definitely a plus. Lots of cookware and utensils in both kitchens (one bedroom is a mother in law.suite).

Summary: Fully equipped home and we had everything we needed and wanted. Spacious for our group of 9. Very comfortable beds and linens. AC worked great so we were very comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub at the end of our days of exploring. Very short walk to a great beach and really liked the location of the home which was close to the airport. 2 sets of washers and dryers were quite convenient. We were able to enter early, straight from the airport. We had an outdated code on our check-in instructions so couldn’t get in right away but owner was responsive. Property manager came right over to introduce herself, but we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. Everyone had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Close to beach .if weather is not windy beach would be great but if windy no can use the beach. Waves to high. Pool and hot tub will have to do. Internet in guest house works great .just dont have the front door open that kills it.They have all the stuff for the beach. All photos on the ad are real and true.

Summary: Our group of 4 adults loved our stay at Aqua Dreams! After exploring the entire island for 5 days, we're convinced that it is the best spot on Exuma. The house is an easy 3 minute drive from the airport (with absolutely no airport noise) and located on a gorgeous beach front. Easy walk to a nice beach bar for drinks and meals. About a 20 minute drive into Georgetown for groceries and other supplies. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house very quiet at night. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We used the BBQ a few nights and it worked well.We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to Exuma and to Aqua Dreams!

Summary: Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on the beach. Very clean and well appointed Had everything we needed to cook and bbq. Pool was very clean and beautiful. Management was super helpful to refer us to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely come back!

Summary: Just got back from a long weekend girls trip to Exuma. Acqua Dreams was perfect! We had delays in our flight, lost luggage and were offered clothes with tags, if we needed until our came and were in constant contact with owner, who was very responsive to all our questions. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances, water filtration, air conditioning and anything you can think of. It’s a very short walk to a private beautiful beach. House has beach chairs, poolside chairs and floats along with towels. We had a great time and would highly recommend

Summary: This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed. Newer nicer homes in are for same price point.

Summary: Four couples just spent 8 nights at Aqua Dreams House. We had a wonderful stay and the house had everything we needed plus more!! This was our 10th visit to Exuma and this by far was the nicest place that we stayed at and on one of the nicest beaches on the island. The beach is just a very short walk on a paved walkway and well worth it! The beach was never crowded and the waters beautiful and calm. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed all of the room we had around the pool, whether you wanted to be in the sun or if you needed the shade, there was plenty of both with umbrellas for cover. The owner, Marna, was highly responsive from the day we booked the house to the minute we left. We did have one issue with the house that needed attention and we were able to get in touch with the owner within the hour, and a temporary fix to get us through our stay was done immediately, without imposing on our rental of the house. Another wonderful benefit to staying at this house is that it had a full house generator, which kicked on about a minute after we lost power one night. That is definitely not a perk in any of the houses we have ever stayed, and in the Bahamas power goes out often, no matter what island you stay on. The location is right across from the airport, which was very convenient. The house is in the middle of the island, which made for a quick drive to get groceries, restaurants, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Summary: Aqua dreams was beautiful, had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool are great. It is in a great location close to the airport. When our flight was delayed, Marna was very kind and accommodating, letting us hang there well past our checkout time. Mechelle is the hostess with the mostest! She was always available and right there on the spot for anything we needed. We are very thankful to the owners and Mechelle for a wonderful vacation.
